Error codes coming up on various different channels

Hi I have now tv which has been working fine however for the past few days I have error codes on Amazon prime, 5 catch-up, 4 won’t even load, only Netflix is still working. The only error code I’ve seen is RK-2002. Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong please..?

Make sure the stick is fully updated.

@gavs82008  Thankyou! I’ve already tried a lot of things. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the apps, plus done a factory reset. The internet connection says good.. I’m not sure what else to do. Surely the tv stick will be fully updated if it’s been reset..?

Not sure what else to suggest other than reporting the issue with staff using one of the methods in my signature below.

Another option would be to switch to an Amazon fire stick as I know they seem to be more reliable than the NOW stick.

Hi @Cheryl1 

I would also double check what IP address location your Router is showing (just in case you have a rouge IP address not within the UK or is giving an Unknown location which may cause problems with certain Apps).

Use this website tool to check your Router IP location.

https://www.whatismyip.com 

Should the location be unknown or outside the UK, try a full factory reset on your Router or unplug the power to your Router for about 20 minutes.
