An Error code displaying, 'no video available,' have been displayed on my tv on numerous occasions, for the past several months. This is usually resolved by resetting or troubleshooting my stick or control.
However for the past three days, I have been unable to resolve this, 'no video available', problem.
I have tried every troubleshooting recommendation, to no avail, can someone please help. I am desperate as I am unable to watch NOW tv. I uses a NOW stick.
Can you please describe the steps you take, from switching on to the occurrence of this issue?
And what TV it is happening with?
And, if you can bear it, what troubleshooting steps you have tried this time?
e.g. have you pressed the button on the side of the Stick, and kept it pressed in for over 15 seconds, to get a full reset rather than just a reboot?
