Plenty of threads with this error. No need to raise another one as it won't help on staff from fixing it.

If I were you keep an eye on this link which displays the service status with any known faults etc.

Well it's been over 8 hrs and still no fix! We all pay for a service we're not getting. Now tv need to get their act together and hurry up with an update fix.

Surely they know who/how they screwed it up in the first place they are just incompetent

There has never been a number to call NOW for TV support. The only way you can get phone call support for NOW is if your with BT for NOW.

Believe it or not, it’s fact bud. The only phone support you get directly with NOW is for broadband only.

For any form of support for TV it’s live chat or email. Which is more than what Paramount+ can do as it’s only web forms for support.
