Does Stick support mirroring from laptop?

Hi All,

I want to be able to wirelessly mirror my laptop display to a non-smart TV (with HDMI inputs). The laptop is running Windows 10 and is Miracast  - "connect to a wireless display" enabled.

Can the NowTV Smart Stick do this?

Can I assume you wish to do this for other apps that are not available to the Now TV stick?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Yes. I just want the laptop screen to display on the TV. At the moment I
use a long HDMI cable, but was hoping to get rid of the hassle of the cable!

As a better suggestion would be a Google Chrome stick. 

 

Not 100% sure on the "casting" features of the Now TV stick.
