Devices

It's saying I'm using too many devices so can't play anymore however 3 devices that I have used now TV to watch now turn off not connected to the Internet so therefore there is only one connected still wont allow me to watch on my TV

There can be a delay if you don't close out completely from the app on any given device before trying to use another one. Just make sure you do that first.

The delay is of the order of about 20 minutes.

Is this what you are experiencing, or has it been going on longer than that?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
