Hi, I’ve tried to move my stick to the downstairs tv, it wouldn’t accept the code. Moved it back upstairs it still won’t accept the code. Just paid for the entertainment package but it still won’t accept the code?
Sorry can you explain, have you just bought a NOW stick with the entertainment membership?
Or have you previously used your NOW stick and bought a new membership?
If it’s the latter you should just make sure your logged in as the memberships will be against your account.
