Catchup TV

Please help,

I am trying to watch catchup TV using a Roku stick.   I can receive/watch the entertainment channels live, but how do I get to stream these channels after they have been on?   I have tried everything I can think with no success.  

Sorry for being so 'dumb' but I need help and advice.

Hi @Kb7 

Whilst on the home screen page of the NOW App press the star button on the remote to search a TV show.

Or again from the home screen page navigate down the grid rows, when you come to the Entertainment "view all" tile box, click on it and it will bring up a secondary screen page with more Entertainment content to view.

Thank you for a quick reply.

Unfortunately when I click on the 'view all' box I can only see the programs that are on at the moment.  I am trying to catchup on a program that was on yesterday.

Make sure you are clicking on View All Entertainment tile box (a few rows down) and not View All TV Guide.

If you know the TV show in question click on the star button on the remote and type in the TV show in the search box (if your Roku has voice search press the mic button and talk into it).

Should you know what NOW channel the TV programme was on such has Sky Atlantic for example, click on the Entertainment "view all" tile box and when the next page  opens navigate down to the channels grid row and click on the Sky Atlantic tile box to bring up all the box sets and catch up shows on Sky Atlantic.

Thank you again, I am getting somewhere.

I have managed to get on to the SYFY channel, but not all shows are listed.  I have only this afternoon connected on to the system.  Doe's it take time to load all the programs or are only selected ones available to catchup?

What TV show are you trying to find on SyFy ?

When on the SyFy channel section do yo see 16 number thumb nail folders ?

Did you also try the search method I described previously? 

If it's a one off TV programme I.e. no previously seasons or episodes it is a possibility that the TV programme hasn't been added to catch up yet or NOW only have the live broadcast rights and it won't be on catch up at all.

What's the name of the TV show on SyFy ?

Out of curiosity, what TV show are you trying to find with the Season  number and episode number if relevant.

Also when you click on the Entertainment "view all" tile box there are a number of different options on the secondary screen page including a Recently Added section.

Then click on the Recently Added "view all" tile box to see recent stuff added on NOW Entertainment.

One program I am trying to get is DS9 on the SYFY channel, I have just switched from SKY and am still getting to learn the new system!

I don't watch Stuff myself on SyFy, so it might be that NOW only have certain TV programmes on the SyFy catch up section.

Where I couldn't find Star Trek Deep Space Nine on the NOW catch up or boxset service.

Perhaps a forum member who watches SyFy or Star Trek can confirm accordingly.

Also maybe see it's on a repeat live broadcast during the week, where I use the Sky + App on my smartphone to see what's coming up on the live TV channels for the next 7 days.
