Casting from phone to tv

I have recently purchased a now tv stick for my tv and I want to control it through my phone however when I go on the app to cast it to the tv, there is now ‘now tv button’ that is meant to appear at the top of the app?? Can anyone help? Both my tv and phone are using the same WiFi and I’m on iOS 14

A couple of people on the forum has reported this over the last few weeks, where i also flagged it up with the NowTV Community Manager.

 

I don't own an iPhone, so apart from trying a fresh NowTV App download on your phone i won't be much help.
