Cant get on my app

Hi , I’ve got a roku stick I can’t load now tv from my apps it just tries for a few seconds then returns to my apps page , it’s been working fine , but the  past 5 days I’ve had the problem.

all the other apps work ok.

ive turned it off and on ... deleted the now app and reinstalled it, 

my other tv with the roku works fine 

any hep please

@Anonymous User scroll down through all the other posts. There are dozens regarding selected Roku devices not loading Now.

Now are aware of the problem and are working on a fix.
