Can’t enter smart stick code?? Help 🙏

After hours trying to get this dam thing to work, found out iPhone won’t mirror to Panasonic tv. purchased smart stick, says go to nowtv.com/tv and enter code - but just says oops this page not available, anyone know what to do before I throw it through the tv 😱😱😱🤬

Hi,

My smart stick has arrived today and I too get the same problem when I try to go to that page to register the stick.  Doesn't matter which browser.  Any advice appreciated as my stick is useless at the moment!

tried various devices including a new Now stick. when i enter the activating code all i get is - Woops

something wrong? WHAT ?

Sorry to ask what could be a daft question. Is this a voucher code you got with a Now TV stick?

I've been having the same problem for a couple of weeks.

I used the online chat 5 times with no resolution. The last 3 promised that my call had been escalated to a senior colleague who would contact me shortly but I've had no response.

Are you all based in the UK where Republic of Ireland NowTV customers need to go to a different webpage to enter the code shown on your television screen with your internet browser ?

See if using a Private Window or Incognito mode on your browser when going to this link below for UK based customers only.

The incognito tab and then going to https://www.nowtv.com/gb/tv (I'd tried going to that but not in a private/incognito tab)

It does load the page that way. Thanks. But then I can not log in to my account in that mode. So a bit confused how I can set stick up on my account....

Got it working, I had to use wifes iphone on her mobile internet via iD provider.

My android and PC did not work through Virgin media, igneeto mode or my 3 mobile providers internet.

Rediculioua but got tjere in the end. Thanks for the help.
