Can't connect to new Hub

I have a new Virgin Hub, and get a message on Now TV saying "Your NOW TV device is offline. It looks like there is something wring with your internet connection. You can check connections in settings." But the NOW remote won't work. I've tried rebooting the Wifi Hub,  the NOW TV stick and taking batteries out of the remote and pressing the reset button. Still get buffering and the same message. Help please!

Hi @Simon-B

 

Try a full factory reset on the NOW Stick by pressing the small reset button on the Stick for about 15 seconds whilst the Stick and television is powered on.

 

Then when prompted use the new details from your Virgin Hub Router.

 

Try both 2.4 & 5ghz WiFi bands to see which suits your home environment best.

 

Also when asked use your existing NOW account details on the factory reset Stick.
