Broken device

My Now Tv stick has broken - how do I order a new one

What do you mean broken? 

The resale of sticks direct from NOW stopped a while back which would point to the fact that it’s no longer being produced. You will be lucky to find one from a third party seller.

 

Have you tried setting the device back to factory settings?

Further to @gavs82008 ‘s reply, you can buy a Roku Express or Streaming Stick+, or an Amazon Firestick, any of which will have the Now app and a lot of other apps besides, many more than the Now Stick had.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
