Box office keeps cutting off

After 10 mins sky box office app closes.  Not good when your watching boxing.  

Any ideas

You could try rebooting both your playback device and Router to see if that makes any difference.

Thanks I'll try contacting sky. I tried resetting everything and it didn't fix the issue.
