I have gone back over the last years billing and have found BOOST on 3 different dates for £3. We only have one device (our TV which is rather old) We don't watch any sports on sky. So I was really confused to find another £5 added to my bill this month for boost.
I was also charged for the CINEMA package and I had cancelled this in October (you have to hit the cancel button 3 times, which is very poor), I had taken a photo as proof and have done so again this time. I then discovered I have been charged the cinema package again this month. Has anyone else had this problem? I really don't know what to do! GGRRR
