Error 014 relates to no wifi or poor wifi connection between your Stick and Router.
I would type in "Error Code 014" into the search engine feature on the top of the Community Forum page to see the many threads about error 014 and see if any of the threads hit results if there is any fix or solution.
You may have to plough through quite a few threads until hopefully you can find something that helps in your setup.
