BBC iPlayer not loadig

Hello

 

BBC iPlayer is not working on our Now TV stick.

 

The logo appears as the app is loading but it hangs and eventually we are greeted with an error message saying there was a problem loading iPlayer and that it is worth loading again.

 

Tried refreshing app, restarting our NOW TV stick and reinstalling the app. Still no joy. Please help as this is very annoying

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Did you also try a reboot on your Router the same time you rebooted the stick ?

 

Apart from that then maybe try step 6 in this linked guide below or last resort factory reset the stick which is a pain in the backside setting everything back up from scratch again.

 

Other than that i am out of ideas.
