At what stage do you get stuck adding the NowTV six digit activation code seen on your television by following the on screen instructions ?
Any message or error code when going to the NowTV dedicated webpage when entering the activation code ?
If you are a UK customer, try entering the code into the box in this link below.
Should it still not work try a different internet browser or another device with a browser on it.
