A couple of years ago I bought a Now TV stick bundle which included free net flix,

A now tv stick I bought with free Netflix has suddenly completely got very messed up, probably my fault and now the Now TV and Netflix requires payment

Did the offer state how long the "free" Netflix would last?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Never come across free Netflix bundled with a NOW Stick (only bundled NOWTV passes).

 

Netflix did offer a free 30 day trial going back in the early days to all new customers in the UK, but this was scrapped a while back.

 

I am assuming you have checked your payment card details are up to date on whatever streaming services you subscribe too.
