After the massive Virgin outage April 2023 my Now stick would not work . Eventually I put stick back to factory settings , went through all the fuss of creating new password / account settings etc.The only way that the system would then except the 6 digit code is if you type it in fully as it comes on screen . Don't use the one that comes up automatically on your phone , type it in and press enter . If you look carefully the auto one is similar but not exactly the same as as shows on the TV . My Now Stick works normally . Hope this helps somebody 🤔😁 Gary
