Hello if you are getting an err then just follow these steps just press the Little button on the nowtv stick for A few  seconds until You see improvement you must Leave you nowtv stick on at the  same time as you hold the Little Button down for a while at the same time you will then see your nowtv stick updating itself ...

With the emphasis on @Anonymous User ‘s few seconds. Make sure that this is less than 15 seconds, or you will see the Stick Factory resetting itself, rather than soft resetting itself.

It may come to the Factory reset if the soft reset doesn’t fix it, but definitely ensure you are trying only a soft reset at first, as it’s a lot less work than recovering from a Factory reset 😛

Thanks Ray I know all about the update I also a few problem's with the pen number but all sorted out now.  Padraic.
