I have the “unknown page error” on all 3 of my Roku sticks and “Network Problem” on my apple app, so can’t even cast to Roku. The only device it works on is the Samsung TV with the NowTV app installed. I have also tried updating with the 5xHome, 3xFFD, 2xREW but nothing seems to work.
The chat service with NowTV is an absolute chocolate fireguard. I will have to just cancel the subscription.
Have you tried to delete and reinstall the app on the devices?
You could also try setting the devices back to factory settings.
Cancelled NowTV today as that seems to be the only solution.
The remote is not connecting with the stick.
I have:
replaced batteries
bought a new remote
pressed the reset button on the stick
pressed the re-connect button on the remote
taken out & replaced the stick for 20 secs several times
My account says the device has not been used since 27.11.21 - which is untrue. It was last working on 21.12.21
If I cannot get this resolved or get some kind of response by tomorrow the only option will be to cancel subscription. - its not cheap.
How long did you hold down on the reset button?
Was it set back to factory settings?

Instead of cancelling you could purcahse an Amazon Fire Stick. Which is currently on sale just now.
NOW sticks are no longer sold by NOW on the website, which would point to the direction of being phased out.
