Hi all,
I bought a now TV smartbox awhile ago and I've just got round to setting it up, it says in the box and the leaflets that it comes preloaded with passes and 'sign in and follow the onscreen instructions to redeem'
Well I've done all the above, it's on my tele and all hooked up but everytime I try to watch something it just tells me I need to buy a pass? But i can find no way to try link my preloaded passes I would of thought they were automatic?
Any ideas? Thankyou!
