Freeview box update this

I’ve had a feeeview smart box 2 days ago and since have had nothing but trouble ie my box will not power of anymore and my continue watching section will not work anymore. Does anyone know how I can fix this please ??

How did you obtain this box?


They haven’t been sold new for a long time now, so if you only got it two days ago, and it has never worked for you, it was probably sold to you faulty, and needs to go back where it came from.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
