I am trying to cancel my now tv box.
i go into 'my passes' but it asks for my bank details which i dont know why as you already have my details so dont feel comfortable doing it again.
I then go to the contact us section, to find no help and when i 'find a category for my problem' it takes me to an error page, not providing me any contact number.
Could i contact my direct debit?
i would like to speak to someone as it really shouldnt be this hard.
If you have been asked to add your bank card details then you have signed in to an older inactive account.
Have you used any other usernames, if so try them.
