BBC channels vanished

Hi,

For a week or so my BBC channels were all showing blue screen no signal.

 

I've done the following to no avail:

- Re-scanned for channels. Had everything from 18 to 61 channels found but BBC now vanished completely, including the radio

- Checked local BBC issues, nothing on maintenance

- Checked my aerial by plugging into the TV and scanning for channels, all showing up

- Hard factory reset

 

 

Any other ideas?? I can use iPlayer to watch live but it's just a bit annoying more than anything. Any help appreciated.

Check what time the box thinks it is. Is it an hour out?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
