Broadband and call not working

My internet as been down since 6am this morning been ringing all day but not been getting through to get it fixed Ive done all the checks reset it all I'm getting is 2 green lights but internet light as not come on when will this be fixed as it's bee...

no information available

for the last 2 days my system keeps saying no information available and no signal. when doing a check it says i still have internet but am unable to watch anything.. any help appreciated as i'm paying to watch nothing
