Hi,
we don’t have an Ethernet plug in in our new house so not sure how to get our wifi to work. Will now tv install one for us? Is there anything else we can do?
thanks!

If you order Now Broadband, and there is no BT Master Socket in your home, then Openreach, who install connections on Now’s behalf, will install one.
With the router that Now will send you, there will be an Ethernet-like cable to link between the router and the Master Socket.
The router will emit the WiFi signals you require.
It is a common confusion for new posters to ask router questions under ‘Now Black Box’ (it confuses us at first!) but as @gavs82008 says, this is, or was, a Now streaming box there once was, and the Now router is best talked about under Broadband.
Besides connecting devices to the router via WiFi, it is also possible to connect some of them with a further Ethernet cable. Another possible source of confusion. I don’t think you are talking about that, but if you are, please post again, saying what device that might be.

Not sure what you mean to be honest. It is easier to connect the Hub via ethernet to device such as a laptop in the first instance, but you can set it up via WiFi using the instructions provided. The router itself will simply connect into a phone socket, using a splitter if required.
EDIT: Apologies, I have re-read the topic in light of where you posted it, which device are you worried about connecting?

Are you talking about an OpenReach master socket?
NOW won’t install anything as they don’t have any engineers. Anything to be installed will be carried out by OpenReach.
Also you’ve tagged this under the NOW black box which is the streaming device and NOT the router.
