New Account

Bought NowTV - told it was simple. Paid £13.99 to inc free 3 month entertainment pass - was told nothing more to pay until 3 months up. Since installing it it has cost me a further £13.99 account number 451M37322013. Before we could watch any channels I have had to agree to a 14 trial of Sky Movies that I have been told will cost me £9.99 if I don't cancel in time. From your forum it looks like poeple cannot cancel. Our 3 month voucher will not work! I need to speak to someone now!!!!!!!!!

Hi and welcome to the forum,

 

Given that this is an account related issue, I suggest you contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'live chat' facility. And the easiest way of doing this is by using a Windows or Mac computer, not a mobile device, as their web browsers are not sophisticated enough to display pop-up windows (ie: windows within windows). Here's what you need to do: -

 

  • Click on the following: How To Contact NOW TV link.
  • Click on the blue 'Start Live Chat' button on the left of the web page.
  • A new 'What can we help you with today?' pop-up window should open up.
  • Click on the 'Request Chat' button.
