NOW TV box not responding or working post software update

My NOW TV box seems to be not responding post the latest software update.

The white light in the front of the box is on but is not projecting anything to the TV. I have tried tthe following with no luck:

- hard reset using reset button, there is no response from the box the light does not even go off and brighten up when it’s resetting like it usually does. The Iight just remains static 

- disconnect the box and the router for 30 mins and reconnect

Any help here would be appreciated.

Have you tried another plug for the power?

Hate to say it sounds like the box has become broken ☹️

NOW no longer made their own streaming devices. So you may need to buy a device listed in the below link.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
