So I have no WiFi.
They're sending an engineer out in 2 days but I have work at 8am and I work from home. Meaning, I'll lose pay tomorrow.

How did you get an engineer to be sent out? Did you call the broadband team?
Why don’t you use your phone data as a bot spot?
