Incorrect bllling and no functional complaints process

I have just discovered that I have been billed for the last five months for an entertainments pass that I never requested and have never used. How am I supposed to resolve this when the online complaints process simply doesn't work. If I try to send a message I just get "Oops! there was a problem" or some similarly infuriating inane error message. The online chat just opens a window that stays resolutely empty.

Do I have to go to the card issuer to reclaim the payment?

Hi @Anonymous User

No, you don't have to go to your card issuer @Anonymous User . Follow the link below and fill in the form

I hope this helps

Thanks, that form worked, so I'll wait to see what they come back with.

Hi WM

I suspect you are trying to contact Now TV's help with a smart phone or tablet which, for some technical reason, has problems, you should try using a desk or laptop, i.e. windows PC or Mac.

Actually no. Tried two different PCs and two different browsers. And anyway there is no excuse these days for having web forms that only work on specific platforms.

Hi again WM

You said, "Actually no....there is no excuse these days for having web forms that only work on specific platforms". Well, believe or not, I agree with you but you have to be practical, in other words it may not be economically viable to write a web-site that caters for every platform available.  And as you know, the most common platform is the PC followed by the Mac, which any web writers would specialise in first.

However, there may come a time when all platforms are catered for but unfortunately it's not there just yet.  And that's why I personally always use my PC for transactional actions, when I want to "read only" I use my android tablet.

Anyway, I hope your original problem is on it's way to being fixed.

Merry Christmas
