Hayu free trial

I have just tried to start my free trial for hayu but it said something went wrong and i had to update my payment details. I put my card details in clicked confirm and it said the they weren’t correct. I have tried about 8 times and it keeps saying the same thing.

I take it you have no other NowTV Passes, so you are trying to give these details for the first time?

 

The card needs to be a sterling card from a recognised UK bank, on a regular checking account not a prepayment one, and there must be sufficient credit in the account that NowTV can withdraw a test amount of 10p.

 

Double-check, with the card in front of you, that you are entering exactly what is on the card.

 

Check how your address is recorded in your bank account details, and ensure you are entering the address in exactly the same way on NowTV, as a discrepancy here can lead to refusal to accept.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
