Where did you buy the voucher from and how long have you had the voucher for ?
I am assuming you are trying to apply the cinema voucher code by going to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here ?
Maybe try a different internet browser when attempting to apply the voucher next to your Cinema pass and be careful when typing where the code is case sensitive.
