Broken NOW TV Box

Hi my tv works as I can watch dvds but the NOW TV Box has stopped working.  Have unplugged and just can't get the blue light which shows when it works.  Does anyone know please how do I get a new NOW TV Box ?  Thanks

Ok...I've found the small soft reset button the bottom, thought it was just part of the box info.  I've pressed it for 10 seconds (twice now).  Each time, the blue light comes on, flashes about 14 times then goes back off again.  The tv remains just a static fuzzy screen.

Keep the reset button held in for around 20 to 30 seconds when both the box and TV is powered up.

Did you also try the HDMI cable and same HDMI port on the television that you was using with the DVD player for the NOW Box has a temporary test ?

RESULT - thank you so much.  Box is now working.  Did a reset three times for 30 seconds and it has cleared  Thank you - really appreciated.

There should be a very small reset button underneath the bottom of the box if you have either the NOW Freeview Smart box or the NOW 4K Smart box.

It's hard to see and only slightly raised off the bottom of the case body below all the box manufacturing information where in small letters it says "reset".
