I have renewed my Now tv entertainment subscription and payment has been taken. However on all my devices it says I do not have an active subscription. Apple also tells me I have an existing subscription with now tv. Just trying watch HoTD.
To ask a daft question. Are you signed in on the devices?
As I’ve seen a few threads were users have been kicked out their devices.
Can I assume you took out the membership on the website?
Very odd, jump onto live chat to see if they can sort it. As it sounds like a random account issue.
