sports pass wont work on tablet

ive activated a 12 month mobile sky sports pass

 

when i load my account on my pc it says i have the sky sports pass

 

when i load into my account on my tablet it shows no pass and wont let me watch any sky sports channel and says i need a pass

 

any help would be awesome

The answer is simple. You mentioned mobile pass.

Mobile sports pass only works on mobile phones.

 

It won’t work on any tablets whatsoever. 

If your wanting to watch on your tablet or larger device than mobile phones you must have a Day or Full month pass.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
