so I bought the now tv sky sports mobile pass to use to watch premier league matches, however, whenever I tried to watch, it kept telling me to buy the sky sports pass which I ended up paying. but I was charged for both passes when one doesn't work.
that is why I want to claim a refund for the £5.99 sky sports mobile pass as it hasn't been activated yet.
I have also had problems with now tv where passes don't work when payment has been taken.
