now tv app crashing on ipad

Wonder if I could get some help, every time I press a category on the app, it crashes and takes me to my home screen. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling it and it hasn’t worked, i’ve also restarted my ipad and that still hasn’t. 

Can someone please give me some help.

Can you update your iPad to iPadOS 13?

That might help if you can.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
