no longer able to login on tablet

I can't login to Now tv on the app.

It needs to check I'm a real person but the catchpa is blank. Link to new catchpa doesn't work 

Device has been used before for nowtv. Had to reinstall the app as it was all jittery. 

any suggestions?

Take it the tablet is fully updated? 
Have you tried another delete and reinstall of the app?

Have you tried using your phone as a hotspot, in case somethings wonky with your Wi-Fi?
Speaking of Wi-Fi, have you rebooted your router?

Several reboots and reinstalls later i'm in. But back to square one with the stuttering, and def not the wifi everything else other streaming apps etc work fine-thanks
