Is anyone experiencing problems with using now tv on an iPhone?

Since last week I have been unable to watch anything on it. I have already deleted and re-downloaded.

Doesn't seem to be a problem with connectivity as I can watch bt sports.

When pressing play does the NOW content from the NOW App on the iPhone constantly tries to load and then the screen goes blank with some on screen icons ?

If so, go into the iPhone settings and see if disabling "Private Relay" fixes it.

Should this not be the symptoms, then is there any message or error code on screen ?

How do I turn private relay off ??

You need to go

• into your iPhone settings
• Apple ID
• iCloud 
• scroll down and you’ll see private relay

Another option is to do a search in the settings for “private relay”.

Have taken a few screenshots on me phone which are below. Hopefully they’ll help.
