I have reactivated my accounts on my iPad but when I log in on my iPhone it is saying I don’t have any passes so can’t watch or add the device to my account. Has anyone had this experience? I have tried the Now tv help but it just sends me. Round in circles without any answers.

i am guessing you have tried deleting the NOW App off your smartphone and tried a fresh NOW App download from your phone Apps Store.
And before signing into the NOW App with the account with the current Membership on, power down the phone for a minute before rebooting the phone.
