iPad won’t let me watch

Hi. 

I have an iPad Pro. The now tv app has always worked with no issues until Thursday when I load live tv and it will just show the first frame but frozen. 

anyone else experiencing similar or able to advise on a resolution?

 

i have uninstalled and reinstalled and switch off and on etc

Me too.  I signed up for the free trial to watch on my ipad.  3 days in - programmes buffer.  Halfway through watching they return to the start of the episode and today there is error code 311 when I try to watch.  Is this normal? If so I will be cancelling...

I've got the same issue too. Having to uninstall and reinstall to fix. When is a fix coming?
