iPad now tv app issues

Now app error code and won’t connect to stream
 

My now tv app on my iPad will allow me to access programmes but not play them. It comes up with an error message (0xfde0001b) stating I must restart the app (which I’ve done several times) or delete and reinstall (which I’ve also done several times.

I’m having the same issues, signed out and uninstalled several times got to different error codes Code3-11( 0xfe1001f9) & Code0xfd8000a9. Working fine on Xbox and I’m paying for the boost to watch on more than 1 device

Yes I’m paying for boost as well. It was working fine until last night and now nothing.

I have the same issue as well

There has been a few bugs going round the apps for NOW which has been highlighted by staff and other forum users that a fix is being looked into. Thankfully and touch wood I have escaped it so far!

Best option is to report directly to staff, my suggestion would be via email as you can send videos/pictures. See below picture for address.

Thank you. I’m just wondering I’m still on OS 14 and iPad has been showing an update to 15 for a while. I was nervous about upgrading as I heard horror stories but just thinking I should now?

If it helps my iPad Air 5th gen is on 15.5 and I have had no issues whatsoever with streaming NOW on it. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I’m fully up to date on iOS and the app hasn’t worked at all from I downloaded it

Not sure if you resolved it, but for future searches for this error if helpful - I contacted nowtv online chat support here: https://help.nowtv.com/article/how-to-submit-a-complaint [they make it really difficult to find] and they advised that its something to do with a glitch on the number of devices you have on your account. There is no option to manually remove a device but the online chat person was able to do it for and now it works on all devices.
