iPad device stopping working

Been using four devises satisfactorily for yonks. My iPad acknowledges my account, shows all the content and my watch list etc. but says I've no passes. Checked - Entertainment and Cinema passes still current. Removed and reinstalled the IOS App. Not sure how the link has been corrupted(?). 

 

Any ideas to re-establish and get it working again?

I have the exact same problem - only on devices I’ve updated the app to version 10.9 so maybe it’s the update?

I'm on 10.3.3  – interestingly, I did manage to view the Sports live channel at one point. Now, I try to load the Movies and it just shuts down. Grrr.

I have had the same problem, tried to get help from now online support.  Didn’t help.  Bizarrely it will play sport, even though I don’t have the sport pass
