android app resume error

Hello,

 

I'm using the android app on a hudl2 tablet.

Tonight, I've encountered an error when trying to resume watching a show.

On selecting the show from my tv or after a search the pop up Resume or Start Again pops up. However, I cannot select either option and so cannot watch the show.

I've reinstalled the app and the error persists.

Anyone else experiencing this one?

Very old post but I have replied as I had same issue on my android phone using the now tv app. After searching the web unsuccessfully looking for an answer I worked it out through trial and error this week. 

 

The pop up message is not forced by the Nowtv app to be on top of all other screen apps. So if you are using any form of screen dimmer or filter app you will find that the restart/continue pop up box is unresponsive. It's positioned behind the other apps dimmer or filter transparent layer. Making it impossible for you to select any options in the nowtv pop up box. 

 

Close and turn off all other screen effect, filter, dimmer apps and the nowtv resume or restart option box should work.
