Viewing Stopped error message

Hi

My NowTV app on my Samsung S20+ has been working perfectly until yesterday (18/10/20) when I started receiving the error message below:

"Viewing Stopped! Sorry we don't support HDMI streaming to your TV or screen recording from mobile devices..."

Thing is, I'm not trying to do any of these, I'm just trying to watch it on my Phone via the app. I've tried deleting and re-installing the app twice, but just doesn't seem to work. Also reset my devices and still get the same error message.

 

Any ideas?

Are you running on “Android 4”? 

Worst case you can jump onto Live chat to report the fault
