Using data plan to watch nowtv

Hi all,

There's prob a quick fix for this but I’m going crazy trying to find it! I’m in a rubbish WiFi area and would like to use nowtv on my iPhone using my healthy data plan. How do I make this happen? I can’t find the relevant settings option anywhere 🤷‍♀️ And the app won’t even load without WiFi, never mind play anything 😭

So what mobile data signal are you showing? Sounds like that’s poor signal for the app to not run at all.

My mobile data signal is perfect 4G no problems with any other streaming app including Netflix or iPlayer. Is there a toggle in settings or something to allow streaming on data as opposed to wifi? If so I can’t find it!! ☹️

Netflix and iPlayer are both streaming fine so I know I definitely do have internet connection!!

I’ve checked on mine it’s working fine check u have them above toggles in the right position
