'Unfortunately now tv has stopped'

I am having trouble with the now tv app on android - I cannot get the app to open at all

 

I am using a new asus ZenPad 8.0 running Android 6.0.1 and the now tv app version is the latest available on Google play

 

I have tried clearing the app cache and data and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times with no success. Please can someone provide a fix?

I’m now having the same issue!! I have tried live chat three times and no one can help! I have removed data and removed the app but nothing works I have been watching tv on my ASUS tablet daily without issues until today! Customer care don’t seem to care either! Poor customer service!

Having problem too won’t load on my Samsung tablet on my iPhone but I want to watch it on the bigger screen !! The beta programme is full so what am I suppose to do now !!
