Unable to watch football

I’ve just bought a mobile sports pass but when I try and watch the sports it says that I need a pass.

Are you using the mobile pass and watching the Sky Sports Premier League channel on your smartphone (iPad not permitted) where the Sky Football channel is not included within the mobile sports pass package.

Hi thanks for replying. My son has bought the mobile pass for £5.99 to watch the Liverpool match on his iPad. 

Ive just read the link but I’m still unsure, can he use his iPad to watch any premier league games?

Hi @Anonymous User 

With a mobile pass you will not be allowed to use an iPad or Tablet hence the reason it is asking you to buy a pass.

Only a smartphone will work with the mobile pass and you are restricted to watching 5 number Sky Sports Channels only  which are Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing & News. 

You will need either a full blown NowTV day, week or month sports pass to watch on an iPad.
