Unable to fetch data message

Apologies if this has been asked elsewhere but it wasn’t immediately obvious. I have the iOS app and have just logged in after a a few weeks have not using the app. It looks like it’s been updated and despite the fact I have an Entertainment Pass, I receive the above message when trying to access Highlights, All TV Shows and Channels so nothing is visible. The only section that is accessible is Live TV. Anyone else had this problem? If so, what fix worked? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.I am on iOS 11.2.2

I need help with this too. I have a Movies Pass and Entertainment Pass. On my iPad this evening I can access Movies but Entertainment shows Unable to fetch data. The app has obviously updated.

Advise you not to do anything with iOS app at moment how Apple will be releasing iOS 11.2.5 this week or next Tuesday how I’ve been using beta for iOS it may fix issue it did with me using iOS beta software
